Dawn Marie Selby's Obituary
Dawn Marie Selby, age 54, of Milton, DE, passed away peacefully at home, on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on February 6, 1968, in Silver Spring, MD, the daughter of Charles and Cathy (Hazel) Eastwood.
Dawn was a graduate of Laurel High School, Class of 1986. She married the love of her life, Patrick Selby in Rockville, MD and together they raised two beautiful daughters. She was self-employed as the owner of a local cleaning service. Dawn had a zest for life and had many interests: she enjoyed cooking, reading, attending music concerts, traveling - anywhere and everywhere she could, spending time at the beach, and she especially loved her dogs. Her devotion to her family, however, took precedence above all and the time spent with her family and those she held dear was what she cherished most. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Dawn is survived by her beloved husband, Patrick Selby of Milton, DE; her beloved daughters: Arielle and Madison Selby; her parents, Charles and Cathy Eastwood of Milton, DE; her brother, Randy Eastwood, and sister-in-law, LaMoyne Eastwood of Mount Airy, MD, and her nephew and niece: Javier and Jasmine Eastwood, of Mount Airy, MD.
