Our thoughts and prayers are with Elaine and the family. David's kind and gentle soul shined to all who knew him. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to know him as a neighbor and close friend. We shared summer days watching the kids and our dogs having fun in the creek and sharing stories. David's special poems were uplifting and comforting to our hearts. He will be missed! May his memory be eternal. All our love, Vivian, David, Michelle, Christina, and Scott

So sad to here David has left this world. However, there is no doubt that he is celebrating with Jean and Pam. Although I have not seen him in many years, I have felt close to him through Facebook connection. He wrote Bonnie and I each a beautiful poem that we treasure. Our prayers are with those he leaves behind.

I knew Dave for many years. He was a super government auditor, a super human being, and a super friend. I kept the poems he composed and sent me. When I learned of his passing, I read them again and teared up afterwards. He was a special fellow. Jim Windschitl.
Dave was one of the finest gentlemen I have known. He was always a hard worker and very considerate of his coworkers. He was very well respected by all of us who knew him for his sense of humor and willingness to help whenever asked to do so. He will be missed by all who knew him.
