Dave and I were pretty good friends when we attended LCDS. we enjoyed playing ping pong during down time. he was quite the character.RIP, Dave.
I'm so sorry to hear about Dave! I met him through my brother (Chuck went to Country Day), and we spent a lot of time skiing, playing ping pong, and hanging out. Dave made me a much better skier than I was! We kept in touch sporadically, and I'm glad we caught up with each other a few years ago in Lancaster.
Words are never enough at this time. I have very fond memories of Dave spending time with my family and friends, and I'm sending all my sympathy to his family now.

So sorry to hear the shocking news of David's passing. I was so sad by this news. I will alrways remember him from his days at Lancaster Country Day School. His sense of humour and amazing wit never ceased to entertain us. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I was most shocked to read about David's death. To me, David was that wonderful neighbor that I watched as he was growing up. We would often chat during his high school and college years. He was kind, attentive and someone I knew would go far in life. I send deepest sympathy from my family, the Shertzer "kids," and myself. Will be thinking of you all in the coming days ahead.
