David was a passionate advocate for the Boy Scouts of America, where he not only enjoyed mentoring young adults but also shared his love for camping, canoeing, archery, and marksmanship with young scouts. He had a deep appreciation for history, often immersing himself in documentaries, and enjoyed sharing fascinating stories with his family and friends. His laughter, warmth, and wisdom will be deeply missed by all who knew him. David was not only a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother but also a pillar of strength and kindness in his community. David taught us to embrace life’s adventures, appreciate history, and cherish every moment with family, friends and loved ones. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten, living on in the memories and lives of those he touched.
