Joanne, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Sending you & your family heart-felt thoughts & prayers for comfort & strength during this difficult time.
I am so shocked and saddened to learn that Dave is no longer with us. While our lives took different paths, what wonderful memories I have from our coaching days. He was always the good guy.... and the quiet one -- we balanced out one another so well as we worked with a bunch of young girls trying to teach them how to play softball. Please know Joanne that you and your kids are in our hearts and prayers. I feel so honored that I knew Dave and that he and I shared so many wonderful experiences on the ballfield. Peace, love and hugs to you all.
Joanne - so sorry to hear of David's passing. God Bless you and family!
Joanne and family so sorry to read of David passing our thoughts and prayers are with your family
We were saddened to have lost a good friend and fellow pool player, and we send our heartfelt condolences for your loss. David will be remembered for his quick and genuine smile, firm handshake, gentle manner and kind words, not to mention his camaraderie, skill and confidence at the pool table with his friends. Much deeper than that, David was admired for his pride at being a grandad, for his love of family, and for his hands-on involvement with his community through selfless acts of service. We are truly grateful and privileged to have met David a number of years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and with you, JoAnne. With sympathy, Alfred/Susan Castillo, Seaford, DE.
David was a such a nice person & I enjoyed working with him on the Board at the Indian River Senior Center. You will be missed! Pat Fox
I loved playing tennis with Dave. We were part of a great group that played together for well over twenty years. Dave was a great competitor, a very fair player, and talented athlete who was a great friend during those years. I always remembered one of Dave’s favorite expressions after making a winning shot during one of our many doubles matches “I’d rather be lucky than good”! Truth be known, Dave was just really good!
God bless your family.

I've known David for only a few short years. It was an honor and a pleasure getting acquainted over some competitive, but always fun, pool games.
May he rest in peace!
David was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was a great pool player and will be sorely missed.
Dave was a game player. He was competitive but always the sportsman. Whether it was chess, checkers, cards, tennis, pool or even pickle ball, he was hard to beat. In fact, I don't think I ever won a game of pool from him.
We shared a lot of common interests and I found him easy to talk to and debate important issues.
I never knew him not to be busy and helping out in the community. It doesn't get any better than that.
I will miss him.
