David A. Holt of Knoxville, TN, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on December 1, 2023 at 71 yrs old. David fell asleep peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.
As a young man David was proudly a lifeguard, Eagle Scout & graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan University, Rocky Mount, NC with a BA Business Administration. When Brian, his only son, joined the AYSO Soccer League as a young boy, David was hooked & enjoyed being a soccer referee for 30+ years. David had a wide array of interest in boating at Norris Lake, astronomy, birds, music, TN football, and last, but definitely not the least, he had a love of Marvel movies. David enjoyed travel, was always up for a road trip and ready for an adventure. He was the kindest man with a wonderful sense of humor. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known him. We have been blessed by the love, kindness & support from family, friends, neighbors and members of the National Agents Alliance.
