Daniel N. Lynch's Obituary
Daniel Norris Lynch, age 49, of Lewes, DE, died suddenly on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at his residence. He was born August 23, 1958 in Washington, DC, son of the late John T. and Clare (Norris) Lynch.
Mr. Lynch formerly played drums professionally in the DC area for various rock and roll groups. He also had worked as a chef at the prestigious resorts of Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, WV and the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL. He loved good food and good music. He loved his family dearly.
Mr. Lynch is survived by his wife JoAnn Risk Lynch; daughter, Maureen Lynch of Lewes; five sisters, Debbie, Ann Marie, Clare, Mary Jo and Colleen; and four brothers, John, Dennis, Brendan, and Terry.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 14, 10:00 A.M. at St. Edmond's Catholic Church, King Charles & Laurel Streets, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Rev. James E. Downs will be the the celebrant. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Enterprises, Inc., Lewes, DE.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Children's Hospital Foundation, 111 Michigan Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20010.
