Charles H. Fenton Jr.'s Obituary
Charles H. Fenton, Jr. age 69, of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away after a long battle with complications from diabetes, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at his home. He was born Tuesday, April 6, 1948 in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Charles and Beatrice "Betty" (Dennison) Fenton.
Mr. Fenton graduated from Conrad High School in Wilmington, DE. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing billiards and watching football. Mr. Fenton was known for his love of debating politics but his favorite thing to do was spoil his only grandson.
Mr. Fenton is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Barbara Fenton of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his daughter, Amanda Wobeter and her husband Joseph of Milton, DE; his beloved grandson, Jessen Wobeter of Milton, DE; his sister, Betty Leslie and her husband John of Newark, DE; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends who will dearly miss him.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, where friends may call beginning at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow the services at Henlopen Memorial Park, 28787 Lockerman Road, Milton, DE.
