Catherine Irene Dressler's Obituary
Catherine I. Dressler, age 69 of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away on Friday, March 03, 2017, at her home. She was born on Tuesday, March 11, 1947 in Upper Marlboro, MD, daughter of the late William M. and Edna (Wheatley) Cranford.
Mrs. Dressler worked for many years for the US Government as an Administrative Assistant at Andrews Air Force Base. She moved to Rehoboth Beach in 2016 from Ocala, FL. She enjoyed shopping and cherished time spent with her treasured grandkids. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mrs. Dressler is survived by her beloved husband, Alvin Dressler of Rehoboth Beach; her daughter, Carmen Price of Rehoboth Beach; her granddaughters: Alyssa Price and Samantha Todd, both of Rehoboth Beach; her brothers: Carl Cranford and his wife Shirley, and Charles Cranford and his wife Shirley; and her sisters: Marie Chaney and her husband James, Delores Drake and her husband Johnny, Joan Fittro and her husband Fred, Carolyn Drummond and her husband Forrest, and Diana Diana and her husband, Joe.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel,16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 PM. Entombment will be held at a later date.
