Remembering when she hosted a small wedding for Frank & me at her apt. in Philly. We eloped and didn't tell anyone. Well, she had a cake & flowers & champagne, our first dance, etc. Never will forget.

Jennifer, I just found out about your mother’s death.
She had sent me a video May 9, 2020 asking for prayers. She said she was waiting for you to pick her up and take her to the Dr or Hospital . I couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
I’m just sorry I couldn’t get back to her.

I knew Carolyn as a neighbor for many years. My interests in aikido and t'ai chi and hers in numerous transcendental aspects of life meant that we always had something to talk about when we ran into each other on the street, which used to occur quite often. I only just learned of her passing yesterday, though, the virus-lockdown having masked her absence. I'm sure she has found the unbounded joy she expected.
