I met Carol and John Bismark in December of 2012 at Holly Kia. I sell cars there and She and John would come in for service in the past and I always had nice conversation with them. They were good old fashion type people and were always open to a friendly hello. Well, Carol decided that she wanted the top of the line Kia Soul and it was hard to find one with all the bells and whistles. She researched and really wanted that vehicle... well we could not find one anywhere.... to my surprise, she contacted Kia Corporate to find out where that one vehicle she wanted was located - Titanium color with sunroof and power seats and leather and well, and the contact she made at Kia Corporate found out exactly the location of the vehicle she wanted. It was actually on a ship en route from South Korea to the Baltimore port - information that even we didn't know. She came back with the information and bought the car before it landed... it was a done deal! She was so resourceful and got the answer bypassing us... it made me feel a little silly that she could get this information and I couldn't. It also made me just really love her - as she really wanted exactly what she wanted and didn't settle for anything else. I could tell she has worked her tail off her whole life and really just wanted what she wanted, simple. We then formed a really nice friendship she and John and I - seemed like when they came in, they were like my aunt and uncle... I just had that special bond with them like you get once in a while with good customers and good people. I was so saddened to hear the news she passed, like I lost my Aunt... thanks for being so nice with me all the time and for purchasing three vehicles from me - (after that Soul they got a Sorento and then the Sportage that John has now) You really were a stand-out of all of my thousands of customers and I will never forget you! Rest in Peace dear lady... hoping you got a nice ride up in Heaven, Carol! Hang in there John... sending prayers and love!
