Carol L. Betts' Obituary
Carol L. Betts, of Lewes, Delaware, passed away suddenly on July 5, 2026.
Born in Milford, Delaware, Carol was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Richard Brown and Patricia P. Brown.
Carol is survived by her loving husband, David W. Betts; her brother, Patrick Brown and his wife, Cindy; her sister, Kristie Legates and her husband, Clem; her niece, Mackinzie Brown; and her nephew, Parker Brown.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Joe "Kim" Brown.
Carol will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
