Candice "Candy" Ann Capers' Obituary
Candice "Candy" Ann Capers, age 39, of Lewes, DE passed away at home on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. She was born Saturday, June 25, 1977 in Wilmington, DE, daughter of James Harry and Marion Evelyn (Hill) Ford.
Candy graduated from Concord Christian Academy in Wilmington, Class of 1995 and later studied at Goldey Beacom College. She worked as a cook for many years. Candy enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Candy is survived by her loving husband, Robert Capers of Lewes, DE; her children: Katlyn, Savannah and Mariah of Lewes, DE; her sister, Darlene Ford of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her brother, James (Barbara) Ford of Middletown, DE; her aunt, Katherine Hill of Milton, DE; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM, at Lewes Presbyterian Church, 133 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE where friends may visit one hour prior to services. Interment will follow the services at Lewes Presbyterian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Candy's name to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 2600 Network Blvd., Suite 300, Frisco, TX 75034.
