I am just seeing this today, and wish I could have given my condolences in person to all, at her Celebration of Life service. Blanche was a loving person. She was ebullient and sassy and vivacious. She was very inclusive and advocated tolerance and understanding. Both Larry and Blanche were fountains of wisdom, kindness and love. “Their” story was indeed an inspirational love story. To be in their presence one found kindness and respect and peace. The world was definitely a better place because of them . May their memories be eternal, an may we remember and practice example.
My condolences to all of her beautiful family. It was. A joy to know your parents.

Valarie and Andi- Troy and I send our heartfelt love and prayers. I absolutely LOVED working alongside your mom before we grew our family. The best was when I unknowingly sent Hattie to PK with chicken pox. Blanche could not have been sweeter I’m telling g me what a moron I was!!!! This message is for all of Blanche's family, but especially Mimi and Tom whom we know.
We have very special memories of times w/ both Blance and Larry when we were dating and early married in the '60s and '70s and they were living in Centerville/upstate DE.
Please accept our condolences and hopes that your happy memories are bringing you comfort as you grieve.
I also have to share a memory of Larry who gave my mother recorder lessons (I think at Brecks MIll) many years ago. She kept playing them for the rest of her life - having one of each size when she died. I was able to to give them to a musicians group in SC where she was then living.

Our thoughts and prayers to all the family. She married my Uncle Lawrence and made him the happiest man alive. They would come down to Florida and visit my Mom and Dad who was Lawrence's brother. She was such a bubbly person. I was in the hospital after a major surgery in Orlando and they walked into the room and it was like a bright light appeared.
