Wow, I woke up this morning and, for some reason, Ms. Feidel and Ms. Charmers popped into my head. Ms. Feidel was my fourth-grade teacher, and she played no games. Man, could she yell and get you in check! A little sad I didn’t search for her earlier. RIP, Ms. Feidel, from the troublemaker Malik Hairston.
Mrs. Feidel was my fourth grade teacher at Pastorius Elementary,I remember I swiped a mug from my mom's collection and gave it to Mrs. Feidel as a gift Lol...I still remember her voice,she sounded like Dorothy from The Golden Girls(I mean that in the BEST possible way) Thank You Mrs. Feidel,for being one of the good ones!
Bev and I were good friends. Her mother and I likewise. I was in the same high school class as Jan who is a terrific person and husband. It’s so painful for me to have read that she has died. I know she was suffering from health issues. I remember so many of our wonderful conversations. I had lived in Germany and always looked her up whenever I visited the States. I can’t believe she’s gone. I last spoke to her just before her passing. Her passing has robbed me of many conversations I would have liked to have had. All I can say is that she was one of a kind and she was kind.
I am so saddened to read about Boovy. She always made me laugh and wanted me to come jump in her pool in the summer. We would even call each other and talk on the phone for a while. She always had my back if she thought I needed her, and I had hers, too. I miss her already. She loved Jan so much, and her daughter, and Juno, and her canine kids. Rest peacefully Boovy.
