Betty Jane See's Obituary
Betty Jane See of Lewes, DE passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, DE from injuries sustained in an automobile accident earlier in the day. She was born June 22, 1927 in Hyndman, PA daughter of the late George Edward Harden and Mary Marie Croft Harden.
Mrs. See retired as a dictation transcriptionist after approximately 30 years service at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She attended the Lewes Cheer Center and the Conley's United Methodist Church, Lewes, DE.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Franklin See in 2007. Surviving are her son Stephen Franklin See and his wife Annette of Baltimore, MD and her daughter Felicia Jane Stroup of Virginia Beach, VA; a brother Tom Harden and wife Gwen of Lewes, DE and a sister Alice Jones and husband Joseph of North Carolina; grandchildren Stephanie Stauter and husband Troy, Karen Freeman and husband Kevin and David See and one great grandson Joshua Stauter.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM Madley Cemetery in Madley, PA.
