Barbara was a wonderful mother, godmother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her beautiful grandchildren. My heartfelt condolences go out to the Dugan family. Always remember that although your mom is no longer here on earth she lives inside each of your hearts and will always be with all of you! Your memories of your mom will never fade!!❤️❤️

In high school, before I took Christina to two proms, had dinner at the Dugan’s. ONCE. Just before dinner I was calling my mom to let her know I wouldn’t be home and Mr Dugan let me know in no uncertain terms that phone calls weren’t compatible with family dinner. The girls were mortified, Mrs Dugan was cool. Rest In Peace. You raised three solid ladies.
So very sorry for your loss. Mama Dugan was a great lady. I have very fond memories of her and our times spent in Rehoboth. I am sure she is in Heaven with her hubby looking down on her beautiful family.
