Barbara Lee Donelan, age 76 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023, at Cadia Renaissance Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Millsboro, DE. She was born on December 10, 1946, in Washington, DC, daughter of the late Joseph and Lucille Donelan.
Barbara will be missed by her sister, Kathleen, her extended family, and her friends.
