I am so sorry to hear of Arthur's passing. I'm glad that we had a chance to talk on the phone several times over the last few months. I remember the first time I met Arthur when we were both applying for jobs at Public Service Electric and Gas Company at 222 East State Street in Trenton. I had just graduated from high school and Arthur had just gotten back from serving in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. It was the summer of 1971. We became friends and had many adventures together.
Maureen, I am so saddened to hear about Arthur’s passing. I can remember his visits at DOT, and when his mom was at St Lawrence. Please give my condolences to Joseph and Lisa. God bless you! Greg Bac
