Angelo Mayoral's Obituary
Angelo Mayoral, age 84 of Milford, DE passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at his Residence, in Milford, DE. He was born Saturday, August 02, 1930 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, son of the late Feliciano Mayoral and Victorina Chapinal Mayoral.
Mr. Mayoral worked as a Chauffer for the Argentine Embassy Naval Commission for forty years receiving his US Citizenship on March 14, 1975. He and his wife moved to the Milford area in 2006 from Landover Hills, Maryland.
As an avid golfer he won his first club championship at Glenn Dale Golf Club in 1979 and in 1985 won the Washington Metropolitan Senior Amateur Championship at Prince Georges Country Club.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beatriz Medina Mayoral, four children, John and Michael Mayoral, Vicky Mayoral and Beatrice Sullivan; two sisters, Clementina Robin and Maria Olguin both of Buenos Aires, Argentina; grandchildren, Patrick Riordon, Jordan Mayoral, Taylor Mayoral, Brooke Mayoral, Brenden Mayoral, Nathan Mayoral, Christopher Mayoral and Olivia Mayoral-Figueroa; and one great grandchild Brayden Ridell.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at 11:00 AM at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Avenue, Milford, DE. where friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.
Burial will follow the services at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, 6486 Bay Road, Frederica, DE.
