Alfred Henry Dohrn's Obituary
Alfred Henry Dohrn, age 87, of Millsboro, DE passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Delaware Hospice Center, in Milford, DE. He was born on Wednesday, January 14, 1931 in Maple Shade, NJ, son of the late Alfred and Margaret (Krummer) Dohrn.
Mr. Dohrn was a proud United States Air Force Veteran and was a member of the American Legion, Post 28 in Millsboro, DE. He was also a member of the YMCA. In his spare time he loved bowling and dancing.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Dohrn was preceded in death by his son, Robert Dohrn and his first wife, Emma Maley Dohrn. He is survived by his loving wife, Mildred A (Kiebach) Dohrn of Millsboro, DE; his daughters: Karen Brown and her husband, Scott of Chester, VA, Linda La Querre and her husband, Matthew of Merrimack, NH; his step-son, Barry Donmoyer and his wife, Lori of Denver, PA; his step daughter, Charmaine Beck and her husband, David of Sinking Spring, PA; his daughter-in-law, Gail Dohrn of Collingswood, NJ; his brother, Paul Dohrn and his wife, Joan of Zephyr Hills, FL; his 7 grandchildren; and his four great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Dohrn's name may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
