Alex Papantinas peacefully passed away at his home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on January 13, 2017. He was the son of the late Eleni and Theodore Papantinas. Alex was born on January 20, 1957 in New York City. He spent his childhood and formative years in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens, New York. He annually vacationed with his family in Rehoboth Beach until moving there permanantly in 1985.
