Adriana Sophia Davis' Obituary

Adriana Sophia Davis, 17, of Lewes, Delaware, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Born on August 12, 2008, in Newark, Delaware, she was the beloved daughter of Scott and Cynthia (Candelaria) Davis.
Adriana was a senior at Cape Henlopen High School. She worked part-time as a hostess at Striper Bites in Lewes, where her warm smile and kind spirit touched coworkers and guests alike.
Adriana had a deep love for the beach and enjoyed playing field hockey. She was an exceptional baker and enjoyed baking for her family. Adriana cherished her friendships, adored her cats, and above all else loved her family. Many who knew her have expressed how genuine and kind she was, with a truly beautiful heart.
Adriana was predeceased by her grandfather, Larry Davis of Magnolia, Delaware.
In addition to her parents, Adriana is survived by her brothers, Austin (Taylor) Davis of Milford, Delaware, and Aaron Davis (Jaden Ruckle) of Lewes, Delaware; her grandparents, Samuel and Helen Candelaria of Magnolia, Delaware, and Cindy Davis of Harrington, Delaware; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, where friends and family may visit beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
