I just found out about Bill’s passing on March 7, 2016.
We were friends before I came into Education market as we knew each other in Manhattan. When I entered educational magazine publishing we competed and then later worked together in the 1990’s keeping in touch periodically into the early 2000’s after I left the education publishing industry after 911. He was a great person and a delightful coworker who I will miss.

I knew Bill for almost 20 years when he was the NCSS advertising representative and brought in many new advertisers for our publications. I will always remember his warmth, optimism, and professionalism. He was charming, accomplished, and wonderful to work with. My sincere and profound condolences to Jean, Ron, and all other members of Bill's family.
