I would like to offer my salute to an old sailor, and my thanks for his service to his country during a time of war. Godspeed old salt.
Dear Aunt Carol and family,
I wanted you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I have wonderful memories of spending time with you all at the beach in Delaware, and am so happy that I had a chance to see Uncle Al this past summer. We're sending our love to you all, with fondest thoughts of Uncle Al. Erin and Mike
A week has passed since Al's death and we miss our special friend so much. He was a true gentleman, but one who was funny, liked a good time and enjoyed games and cards. We played many games with you both till way into the night in Florida and Delaware. Marco will never be the same for us.
You remain in our thoughts and prayers
Love and Hugs Jerome & Pat
I was so sad to hear that Uncle Al passed. He was a great man, and I have so much respect for him. I will be praying for all of you, and while I know that we are missing Uncle Al a ton, we can take comfort in the fact that he is with our Lord and Savior. I look forward to the day when I will see him again in God’s kingdom. As Scripture says: “Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

He will be so deeply missed!
We are so very sorry to hear about Al.Our thoughts are with you. May you find comfort in your memories and your family and friends.
