I had the pleasure of talking with Tim at length several times as I wrote articles for Peninsula Regional. He was so kind, strong and positive - a real inspiration. It was always obvious how much he cared about others. I can't tell you how much I admired him. Cindy, I don't know if you remember me, but I met you once also and your deep caring and love was evident. I'm so sorry for your loss; your family is in my thoughts. --Gwenn Garland

I am a volunteer at Delaware Hospice, and had the opportunity to sit one afternoon with Mr. Hill and though it was short; his personality and humor struck me as him being a great individual. He wanted so much to get out of bed and sit in the chair, which was not advisable, so I helped him sit up, dangle his feet on the side of the bed while I sat back to back with him for a short time, just to give him the feeling of freedom. He was so grateful for that, I knew he was a great person. Many blessing to his wife and family; my family and I will be praying for your healing. I know you will miss him greatly.
There are not words enough to thank you, Tim, for the opportunities you provided and the example you set for my boys and me . To thank you for my life as it is today is no exaggeration.
To you, Cindy, Beth and Mary, please take comfort in the life Tim lived -- while he accomplished amazing things in so many areas, his primary focus was always his family.
You remain in my thoughts during this difficult time.
