Dear Joy,
I was sorry to read about the death of your husband, Jack. I am Jean Lindsay Morgan, one of the four Lindsay sisters. You were good friends with my sister Virginia in Marcus Hook and high school. I am the only surviving Lindsay sister, Virginia passing away four years ago. I lost my husband 27 years ago, and I still miss him dearly. So I know how you must feel. I currently live in Concordville, but still have fond memories of you and Jack and our years in "the Hook".

Working with Jack was one of the most rewarding experiences I had in my many years I've know him.. He had a way to know how much you knew and trusted you when you looked out for him kind of a mutual understanding like we had in service.. A real true to life gentleman and one heck of a great boat handler.. He always called me Capt America so I must have something to gain that title.. I just know that outstanding individuals stand out and Jack was one of them.. My prayers are with Joy and the family and for Jack may you have fair winds and following seas on your journey and a squad of Marines to keep you company.. Then rest in peace Capt Jack.. John M.
