January 9, 1922 - January 20, 2022
Margaret Mudry Morgan died peacefully on the night of January 19th in her home. Born on January 9, 1922 of Slavic American parents, she became a WWll nurse and administered to severely injured servicemen in Atlantic City. After the war, she married Paul Joseph Morgan, also a veteran and together they raised four children. Margaret continued her education and received her Master’s Degree in Public Health. She worked as an elementary school nurse in West Virginia for many years. Upon retirement and after her husband’s death, she moved to Rehoboth Beach and enjoyed traveling and various hobbies, including painting, quilting, and bridge. She was able to enjoy an 100 birthday celebration with the family as a fitting end to a life well lived. Please sign the virtual guestbook located on the tribute page. Services are private.
