June Marie Santos Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

June Marie Santos, age 80, of Lewes, DE passed away at home after a battle with cancer, on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. She was born on June 11, 1941, in Dundee, Scotland, daughter of the late Arthur J. and Mary J. (Keith) Hatchard. June held various positions of employment before deciding to concentrate her efforts at the US Federal Government in Philadelphia PA. She retired after 21 years of service. June had many interests and hobbies. She loved to travel and was skilled at gardening. June had a pure love and fascination for the vizsla breed of dogs and worked with a rescue that was very dear to her. She loved spending time with those she held most dear. June was a wonderful and nurturing wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Loved by many, she will be genuinely missed by all that knew her. June is survived by her beloved husband, John P Santos, her children: Marie DeLarso (Rick), Karen McLoughlin (Bryan Gomez), Susan Lynch (Brian), Arthur McLoughlin, Thomas McLoughlin (April), Jason Santos (Randi), Robert Santos (Jennifer), her 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 21st at St. Anselm Church at 12670 Dunksferry Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154 from 9:45am-10:45am with her funeral mass following at 11:00 am.
