Judith Anne Carton-Macfie

January 15, 1949 - August 18, 2019

Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice! Early in the morning my best friend and my love Judith Anne Carton went to be with the Lord. While all of us who knew her grieve our loss, we hold firm to our belief, that she has joined the Saints who have gone before us. Judy had a passion for life. She enjoyed traveling, and with her wife Barbara they have a travel Franchise with Cruise Planners. Judy was a very active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rehoboth, Delaware, and was a member of the Session, chaired the Worship Committee and always lent a hand to whatever needed to be done. She also was a member of a Rehoboth Chapter 4 of BNI. Judy had active military service in the United States Navy. Judy is survived by her partner and wife Barbara, her brothers James (Francis) David (Sharri) and Larry (Elvira) Carton, and her in-laws, Thomas (Donna), Scott (Kim) Macfie and Bonnie (Tracy) Walker and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She loved them all. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 301 King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE, with a reception to follow.
