Connie befriended me at the movies, introducing me to everyone who worked there. After suffering a bout of hip bursitis awhile back when I hadn't come for a few months, she said everyone there had been worried about me and to know I wasn't alone. I am so saddened by her death. As I told my daughter, even though we really weren't more than acquaintances, I considered her a friend and wanted to get to know her better, thinking we had all the time in the world.
We had some great times together, trying all kinds of restaurants. We even hit the slots a couple of times. Sorry we couldn't keep it up. May you rest in peace.
Love ya! Toni
You will be missed. I worked w/you for many years at M&T Bank. And we always talked about life at M&T when I saw you at the movies. Tears of sorrow for you my friend.
You were definitely one of a kind Aunt Connie, and you will be missed for sure. Could always count on you for a smile and a laugh. May you rest in Peace. xoxo
I worked with Connie and she was a good friend, I will miss her smile and the talks we had. I know she is at peace and in a good place.
We have lost a remarkable lady. Her personality and dedication will never be forgotten. Although I had not worked with Connie the last few years, the years we worked together at the bank and the theater will always be remembered. Her life has touched and impacted so many lives and is a living memorial and a true testament to a life well spent. Thoughts and prayers are with you as we all grieve the loss of this wonderful person.
Connie, I am so sad that you have left us.It was the best of summers working with you. It will be hard picking up just one Coastal Point (your favorite paper) instead of two each week. I will think of you fondly and will miss you. Dee Salyards
Well Connie, you definitely left your mark in this world because I don't think anyone will ever forget you! We had some good times working at the movies talking about working at First National Bank & other things. I will always remember your kind gestures & our times going to eat at The Old Mill, Nicola's & Agave. Working at the movies won't be the same. So long my friend!
I will miss you always Connie. Working with you and being your friend was a joy and honor.
