Beverly F. Wenner

Beverly F. Wenner, age 77 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes. She was born on January 21, 1943 in Phildelphia, PA, daughter of the late Arthur and Isabel (Boyd) Freeston. Mrs. Wenner built a career in administration. She worked for Great Valley School District in Pennysylvania and later at the Jefferson School, from which she retired after 25 dedicated years. Mrs. Wenner treasured her friendships and enjoyed happy hours with good friends. Above all, she cherished time spent with those she held most dear ~ her family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Wenner is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Harold Wenner of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her daughters: Larueen Smailer (Steve) of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Holly Evans (Vince) of Milton, DE; and her grandchildren: Steven Smailer of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Grant Evans of Milton, DE, Luke Smailer of Rehoboth Beach, DE, and Lyndsey Smailer of Rehoboth Beach, DE.
