Whenever I hear American Pie I will think of Allison. So much fun and so many great memories.
I will always remember Allison as the pretties girl in school.
I pray we can all see her again.
Geoff: So very sorry to read of Allison's passing. Remembering all the happy times of our days at RHS. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
With sincere sympathy, Wayne
Allison has been in my mind so many times over the years - we were at Catawba together and studied in Spain the summer of our Junior year. Allison was so much better at the Spanish language than I was - she was my interpreter - and a good one. We had such a great time that summer and all our years at Catawba. My heart goes out to you, Geoff - you and your family and Allison's family are in my prayers. I am glad you two got together and enjoyed a full life - I only wish she could have been here longer.
You are one of a kind and now dance amongst the stars...peace, love and happiness for you, my friend.
A truely lovely person and a dear friend. I will miss her.
I will miss my dear friend for the rest of my days. A sample note from her we got in 1995 read, in part: "I did something really terrible this a.m. Background: Shadow tore up that flamingo float that Mike Phillips loved so much. I found the top half of its neck and head in the yard. Today I enclosed it in an envelope with a note that said simply, 'Get your butt down here or I'll kill another one.' What's wrong with me?"
Rest in peace, Al.
Such a beautiful and caring obituary, Geoff, for our beautiful and caring Allison. She was the best girlfriend ever! I will miss her and will never hear Bobby Hicks play "Maiden's Prayer" without thinking of my dear friend.
Rest in peace, Al.
Allison: May you find a sandy beach, blue sky and the sounds of the ocean to accompany you forever. With love, Cookie
