Frank Rogers
I have know both Bill & Rich since the 1970s. Bill has been on my mind lately because I am starting to weed out many items I've had over the years. I used to visit Bill in DC while he was at GW before I moved to the area. I used to tease him about his skinny trees in his paintings. One visit he gave me one of his pictures which I have framed and look at it everyday due to where it is hanging. I thought I would send it back to him its dated Snow/1976. I wanted to check his address in Rehoboth and unfortunately his obituary appeared. I am truly sad and wish I would have stayed closer to Bill & Rich. My heartfelt sympathy to Richie and his niece.
