It was a pleasure to welcome Roy and Laura into our home those many years ago. They came as strangers, they left as friends.
Marlene and I were not only made welcome in your home when we visited you, but also felt very, very much at home. I can think of no other home where, after a couple of days I could fall asleep on the couch with a dog snuggling up alongside me, and you didn’t batter an eyelid.

I was a friend of Roy's from grade school in Green Street school in Hazleton. He was a true friend and the last time I saw him was at his sister's viewing.
