I am so sorry to hear of Phil’s passing. I worked with Phil at Connections. Condolences to the family.
Like to say God bless to the family, especially Kathleen. My new both feeling Kathy I meant back in the early 90s. I used to work with Phil at a Recovery House in Georgetown. We also attended meetings together. Phil started many groups in the Sussex County to help to still suffering. He will be another angel that watches over us all. My last visit with Phil was this summer I got there at dinner time and help feel eaters burgers. Phil did not remember me but he was able to take the food that I handed him and eat it. I sat with him for a while and cherished all the good times we had. I was not able to make the service today. But I have good memories of the Phil that will last a lifetime. Again God bless to the family and the grandkids. Your grandpa was a good servant.
