We worked together for a year at Annapolis Elementary. Mike's patience and passion were evident in everything that he did. Many years later, our paths crossed at AACC during the summer theater program. My daughter loved this camp and attended every year for the past 6 years. Mike was a primary reason for her love of this summer tradition. Thank you Mike for touching our hearts and making a difference in such a short period of time.

I was so sad to hear about Mike's passing. Mike was such a sweet and caring soul. My son attended several of the AACC Summer Theater camps run by Mike (and Donna) when he was younger. It was incredible to see how much those kids grew in their talents under Mike's tutelage, culminating in very professional productions in just two weeks. And the kids loved it! So much so, my son continued to visit Mike and help with productions even after he got older. Mike will be truly missed.
I met Mike in 2000 when I got hired to teach music at Annapolis Elementary. We worked together for 15 years. He was an amazing art teacher and a fantastic theater teacher. I worked with him on many productions and he brought out the best in students. I have so many wonderful memories if him and I will never forget him. I last saw him at my wedding in July 2019 and I was blessed to have him there. RIP Mike Morrison 🙏
I so enjoyed talking to Mike. I met him at AES & attended his wonderful Christmas parties at his home along with Donna, family & friends. We became good friends when we worked together at AES. We worked very closely together the day of 9/11 with his wife Donna keeping us updated on the events as they unfolded. Will never forget that day. He was a wonderful artist & AES was blessed to have him, teaching the children with his ever so calm manner & directing plays that couldn’t be topped.

In 1998 Mike directed the amazing production The King and I at Annapolis Elementary. I can pinpoint my son’s involvement in that play as a turning point in his maturity. Mike was a king of kindness, patience and creativity and had an indelible positive effect on the lives of many students.

I have great memories of Michael many years ago when he and Donna resided in Fairmont WV. Always full of fun very talented, friendly, always willing to help a friend.

I worked with Mike for 10 years at Annapolis Elementary School beginning in 1994. Mike was so welcoming and kind. I was blown away by the performances that he produced with elementary students including The King and I. Incredible. A group of us would get together for dinner often. The problem was that Mike never checked his email. We would have to track him
down but were thrilled when he showed up. It was a privilege to know Mike for so many years. I last saw him in Lewes last October and he seemed so happy. Rest In Peace my friend until
