Charlie was such a joy to be around. He always had a smile and he treated everyone with respect. You could never be in a bad mood when Charlie was around. Just seeing him made you smile. I will miss him dearly.

To a man who was not only a Father but a great friend and confidant! Charlie was a man a few words but the expressions on his face said it all! The smile that could light up a room and let you know that everything was going to be OK! A man who did not judge! He will be missed greatly by all who had the plaesure of meeting him!
We will always remember working with Charlie at DART. Our heart-felt thoughts and prayers are with his family
My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Charlie that I know as well as those that I don’t know. I’m thankful that I had an opportunity to know and work with Charlie and appreciate the opportunities that he offered me over the 10 or so years that I worked with him. Charlie was blessed with a wonderful family and my heart goes out to you all during this difficult time of your loss. May God bless you and heal you as you go forward.
Warm Regards,
Harry

Charlie always had a smile on his face at work. He was a joy to work with. He will be sadly missed at Dart.
While I didn't know you that well, I knew that you were a great person. A person that all your co-workers were drawn to. The type of person that is there to always put a smile on someone else's face.
You are going to be missed by many people. Thanks for making a difference in this world. Happy travels. We'll miss you.
Charlie will be missed by so many! His family is in my prayers. I will always remember Charlie's jokes, amazing sense of humor, and his care for everyone he came to know at DART. Between the jokes and humor, Charlie and I would talk some days about my own health. He always asked how I was doing, and even handed me a silver angel-stamped charm to carry with me for luck and spiritual strength, as I faced a new challenge. I tried to give it back to him later, but he refused to take it. I'm not the only one who received an "Angel" from Charlie. I always wondered if this was something else that he made himself. I will carry it with me always, and will hold onto it tightly in remembrance of him, his kindness, and the positive thoughts he always provided.
God Bless you Charlie and family. You were so nice to work with those many years ago, and your smiling face was always appreciated.
An Old Irish Blessing
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
