I used to deliver the mail to the store many years ago. So sorry to hear of his passing, such a great guy and family. Loved his dogs - used to bribe them with biscuits ;-). Wonderful family.

Sending Love and Prayers to the Nygard family. I remember graduating with Bruce and then growing into the life of adulthood purchasing many of my appliance's from Bruce. You will be missed, many prayers are with Beth and the family. The Young Family from Clayton DE
I am so sorry to hear that Bruce has gone home. I met Bruce a couple of years ago in the parking lot of Pizza Delight. We were expecting a big snow storm and I had no idea how I was going to get my driveway plowed. I approached him in the parking lot and asked if he would plow my driveway, He kinda laughed, said ok and took my address. My friend said you'll never see that guy again. Well 6:00 the next morning he and his faithful four legged companions were in my driveway. I still have a box of Milkbones that I bought for them. Every big snow since that day Bruce and Beth would be at my house.
Thank you Bruce for your kindness and I will think of you everyday when I ride by Delmar Appliance on my way to work.
My the angels carry you and may they sing as they welcome you home to paradise!

I remember from the day we met at Baywood through approximately 15 years in shared business he always was busy with work, some unique project or helping someone in need. Bruce and Beth lived for their family, setting a wonderful example to their kids and others. Bruce was generous to many and will be missed desperately by his loved ones and all who knew him. May the Angels guide Bruce through his journey and watch over Beth and the family during this difficult time. It was truly a pleasure to have known you Bruce.
Our deepest sympathies.
