Biography

John Wantrobski, age 49, of Georgetown, DE, died Saturday, June 13, 2009, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE.

Mr. Wantrobski worked for many years as a roofer in the Alexandria and Fairfax VA areas. He was voted the best catcher in Little League during his early years in Alexandria. Known for his whit and humor he always was able to make people laugh.

He was born on October 14, 1959 in Sommerville, New Jersey, son of the late Alexander Wantrobski I and Emaline Erickson who resides in Milton, DE

He is also survived by brothers Alex Wantrobski and wife Mary of Arlington, VA and Scott Wantrobski and companion Susie of Georgetown, DE, nieces Emaline and Mellissa, and many extended family members.

A Life Celebration Reception will be held on Sunday June 21, 2009 from 3-5 PM at Dry Dock, 32682 Angola Road, Lewes, DE.
