William Francis Magargal, age 70, of Lewes, DE, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Beebe Medical Center. He was born in Wilmington, DE, August 18, 1942 son of the late Everett Magargal and Mary (Pierce) Magargal.
Mr. Magargal was a graduate of Conrad High School and the University of Delaware. He retired in 1996 after 30 years of service as a Regional Manager for the Department of Probation, Kent and Sussex County Offices.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Magargal was predeceased by his brother, Everett E. Magargal, Jr. and sisters; Mary Graybeal and Gale Fletcher.
Mr. Magargal is survived by his wife of 13 years, Juliet Hoopes Magargal; daughter Karen Supers and husband Robert of Hudson, WI; step-daughter Michele Bove of Myrtle Beach, NC; sister Helen Christian of Cape Canaveral, FL; brother-in-law John Graybeal of Bonita Springs, FL; four step-children: Sharon Moran of Boston, MA, Leonard Hoopes of Chester, PA, Glenn Hoopes of Media, PA, Kimberlee Creighton of Elmer, NJ; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 04, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Burial will be private.
