Agnes E. Ross, age 72 of Rehoboth Beach, DE. Passed away peacefully on Jan. 6,2010 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, DE. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late George Harvey Wiker and Agnes Rigley Wiker. Mrs. Ross was retired as a Proof Operator for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Pa where she had worked for over 30 years. She and her husband moved to Delaware from Delaware County, PA in 1999. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her husband Richard J. Ross; one son Fritz Yoos; daughters: Dorothy Alfimow, Theresa Sidorick, Carol Ann Leech, and Jacquelyn Ross; brothers George Henry Wiker and Thomas Andrew Wiker; sisters: Jane Marie Rose and Margaret Ann Revelle; and 5 grandchildren.
Memorial Catholic Prayer services will be held on Monday Jan. 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE. where friends may call beginning at 1:30 PM. Entombment will be private at Bethel Mausoleum, Lewes, DE. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963
